Cheryl Hines is prett-ay, prett-ay, prett-ay upset with Larry David, a source tells National Enquirer.
The former Curb Your Enthusiasm costars haven’t spoken since the HBO series wrapped in 2024 and during a recent appearance on Billy Bush’s Hot Mics podcast, Hines, 68, hinted that that was due to husband Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s politics.
“I love Larry and I think Larry loves me,” she lamented. “I think it’s just politics, it makes conversations.”
But in their case, it also ends them.
“Cheryl misses Larry. She’s sent multiple olive branches since the show ended, but he’s totally ghosted her,” says the source. “She gets it to a degree. He’s golf buddies with Barack Obama and she’s married to one of President Trump’s biggest allies. Still, it’s highly demeaning and shallow for Larry to toss away a friendship based on politics alone.”

David, 78, isn’t the only one to kick Hines to the curb.
West Wing alum Bradley Whitford slammed the actress on X for staying silent when her “lunatic husband,” 71, endorsed Trump, 79, in the 2024 presidential election and comedian Tig Notaro revealed in a Tuesday, October 14 episode of Tom Papa‘s Breaking Bread podcast that her decades-long friendship with Hines had come to an end over RFK Jr.’s beliefs.
“What irks Cheryl most is that so many others have chosen to follow Larry’s lead,” says the source. “A ton of old friends have ditched her … and that’s very hard to take.”
