Sam Darnold’s fiancée, Katie Hoofnagle, praised the Seahawks quarterback after he threw for three touchdowns in a 31-27 victory over the Rams in the NFC Championship game on Sunday.

Taking to her Instagram Story, Hoofnagle shared a video of Darnold raising the conference championship trophy.

“LFG 14!” she wrote.

Another snapshot shows the pair sharing a sweet moment on the sideline.

Darnold and Hoofnagle, who announced their engagement in a joint Instagram post last July, sealed the win with a kiss on the field after Seattle’s victory. The Pro Bowl signal-caller proposed near the ocean in Dana Point, Calif.

Darnold put on a show for Seattle’s home crowd at Lumen Field.

He completed 25 of 36 passes for 346 yards with zero interceptions to help the Seahawks reach the Super Bowl for the first time since 2014.

“You can’t talk about the game without talking about our quarterback,” second-year Seattle coach Mike Macdonald said.

“He shut a lot of people up tonight, so I’m happy for him.”

Darnold is living a classic redemption story.

The Jets gave up on the quarterback after selecting him third overall in the 2018 NFL Draft, trading him to the Panthers before the 2021 season.

The Vikings didn’t bring him back after a 14-3 season in 2024 and a playoff loss to the Rams in the wild card round as the NFC’s No. 2 seed.

Darnold signed a three-year, $105 million deal with the Seahawks in the offseason.

The New England Patriots beat the Denver Broncos 10-7 in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday.

This year’s Super Bowl between the Seahawks and the Patriots is taking place in Santa Clara on Feb. 8.
