LeBron James’ potential MSG swan song is reminder of one of his biggest mistakes

LeBron James finished his soaring two-hand alley-oop Sunday evening, flexing those Benjamin Button powers for maybe one final time at Madison Square Garden.

At 41, James has aged better than Michael Jordan did, better than Father Time has allowed for superstars outside of Tom Brady.

But as James dropped 22 points in front of the “Harry Potter” actor Daniel Radcliffe and a slew of celebrities, I watched the 112-110 Knicks victory with a thought that’s lingered over the past seven years:

James made a mistake joining the Lakers.
