Sarah Jane Ramos is focused on “growth” following her messy split from fiancé Dak Prescott earlier this month.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday, the mother of two — who called off her destination wedding to the Cowboys quarterback, accusing him of “ongoing infidelity issues” — posted a selfie from the gym with an empowering message.
“Growth in all forms,” Ramos captioned the post, along with emojis of a flexed bicep and prayer hands.
It’s been a tumultuous few weeks for Ramos and Prescott, both 32, who were expected to wed in Lake Como, Italy, next month after getting engaged in 2024.
A source recently told Page Six that Ramos, a certified wine and spirits specialist, “believes Prescott had a history of communicating with other women during his relationship with her.”
Matters came to a head around the pair’s joint bachelor-bachelorette party in the Bahamas, with Ramos learning that Prescott “was allegedly using incognito social media profiles to send inappropriate messages to multiple women and ex-flings.”
Ramos is “done” romantically with Prescott, according to Page Six’s source, with her focus on co-parenting their two daughters: Margaret Jane, 2, and Aurora, 9 months.
She resurfaced on social media last week by posting pics with her children.
First linked to Prescott in 2023, Ramos announced her engagement to the four-time Pro Bowler a year later.
The quarterback popped the question with a 10-carat emerald-cut engagement ring with side stones worth an estimated $1 million.
Before news of her broken engagement emerged, Ramos gave her Instagram followers an intimate look at the bachelorette festivities and gave a shout-out to her inner circle.
“I truly believe you can get through anything in life as long as you have really great friends,” she captioned the post. “I love these girls so much.”
