The US mens national soccer team will need many of their top players to perform if they’re to make a deep run in the 2026 World Cup.
But one of the most crucial players who will need to be in form is Weston McKennie, the 27-year-old midfielder from Fort Lewis, Washington, and who plays for Serie A club Juventus.
Even though McKennie still isn’t 30 years old, he has been a mainstay on Team USA’s starting 11 for nearly a decade. Because of this, plus him playing for one of the most popular club teams in Europe, McKennie’s personal life is often a topic of discussion.
While McKennie is now private regarding his romantic life, it’s known that he had been dating Chiara Frattesi at the end of 2024.
These two were seen celebrating Juventus’ Coppa Italia win in May of 2024. This sparked buzz because Frattesi’s brother, Davide, who plays for Inter Milan (one of Juventus’ biggest rivals).
McKennie and Frattesi are no longer together. However, Frattesi has become a household name in her own right with her own career as an influencer.
And Frattesi is turning heads on the morning of McKennie and Team USA’s World Cup match against Australia on June 19, given several posts she made to her Instagram story.
The first post showed Frattesi on the back of a motor scooter in Rome, Italy. She was wearing a revealing blue top, and the post’s caption was, “🤍🤍🤍🤍”.
Frattesi’s second photo was of her working out, wearing the same blue top.
Hopefully McKennie didn’t see these photos before hitting the field on Friday, so that he wasn’t distracted. Then again, it doesn’t seem like anything can stop Team USA right now.
