Brandi Glanville shared a new update on her health while dealing with the return of her facial parasite.

Glanville, 53, revealed on a recent episode of her “Unfiltered” podcast that she has “a benign tumor in one of my lymph nodes in my face.”

“That could be why the fluid is going around my face,” she said. “I can wear makeup for, like, 15 minutes, and [then] I have to take it off.”

When podcast cohost James Maas asked Glanville what a benign tumor is, she explained that the tumor is “not cancerous.” The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star received the diagnosis after bringing attention to a lump on her face.

“Every doctor that I’ve showed, they’re like, ‘It’s just scar tissue,’” she recalled. “I’m like, ‘From what? I haven’t had a face lift yet.’”

Glanville claimed that “there’s a lot of dismissing that goes on in the medical field” when it comes to her ongoing health challenges. While reflecting on how it has “been a long three years,” she said she wants to “put a ton of makeup on again” and is ready for “a glow-up.”

The reality star has previously been candid about focusing on her health amid a facial disfigurement. (Glanville initially opened up about her health battle in 2024, later claiming she’s spent more than $113,000 on treatments.)

“It’s been a slow process, but I’m finally getting back to my normal routine and feeling like myself again,” Glanville exclusively told Us Weekly in November 2025, noting she has “a fresh start” after moving to a new house. “The new space has really helped me reset and focus on creating a calmer, more positive environment for myself.”

She continued: “I’m enjoying keeping things simple, spending more time at home, and really taking care of myself. … I’m actively filming my YouTube series and working on a variety of new projects, so my focus is really on everything I’m creating today. It’s been exciting to grow and explore new platforms.”

More recently, Glanville addressed a setback with the return of the “parasite.”

“I have to give an update on my face because I got a lot of comments,” she said on the June 4 episode of her podcast. “I don’t know what’s wrong with me, guys. I thought I was fixed and then it happened again. And now it’s sinking in again. If I had answers, I would tell you. I’ve been to a million doctors.”

Glanville found that it was only helpful being out in the sun. She also mentioned exploring a parasite medication and “parasite diet” after seeing “a million doctors.”

“I don’t have answers,” she continued. “Is there a doctor that specializes in parasites? Because I can’t find one. I’ve been to a thousand dermatologists. So anyway, we don’t know what’s going on, but I’m here to get to the bottom of it.”
