Rams superstar edge rusher Myles Garrett is navigating his way back to the field after needing arthroscopic knee surgery.
His girlfriend, three-time Olympic medalist Chloe Kim, is learning to navigate a new reality after being diagnosed with a surprising condition.
Kim opened up about this in an Instagram post from past week, when she was asked what’s something she has learned about herself recently.
“Actually, I recently found out I have ADHD,” Kim said.
“For years, I was struggling. But once I finally opened up to my doctor, it was like everything suddenly clicked.”
She added that she navigates having ADHD by setting lists, having phone reminders and having a routine.
The fact that Kim has had such a successful snowboarding career without knowing that she had ADHD is astounding and is a testament to her willpower and discipline.
Kim and Garrett have been each other’s support systems since going public with their relationship in 2025. And since Kim is primarily located in Los Angeles, Garrett getting traded to the Rams from the Browns this past offseason has allowed them to be close to each other consistently.
These two will continue to support each other while Garrett rehabs from his knee injury and Kim adjusts to dealing with her new ADHD diagnosis.
