Over the years, many successful Married at First Sight couples have grown their families after saying “I do.”
Season 1 stars Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner have been open with their fans about their fertility journey ever since they wrapping the reality show, sharing both the good and the bad. The former Bachelor star and her husband were expecting their first child together in December 2016, but suffered a miscarriage.
They welcomed their rainbow baby, daughter Henley Grace, in 2017. Otis and Hehner later welcomed son Hendrix in 2020 and twin sons Huxley and Hawkins in 2024.
“This still feels like a dream,” Otis wrote via her Instagram Story after giving birth in September 2024. “I genuinely have identical twins!! I literally prayed for this.”
In January 2026, Married at First Sight season 16 couple Chris and Nicole Thielk expanded their family when they welcomed twins.
