An advertisement blaming recent high-profile murders of American women on President Biden’s border policies will be broadcast twice to swing-state viewers during CNN’s Thursday night debate, the year’s first, between the incumbent and former President Donald Trump.

Building America’s Future, a conservative nonprofit, tweeted the one-minute ad Wednesday with the caption “Joe Biden’s open border — a nightmare for American women. #SayHerName.”

“It just keeps happening. Laken Riley wasn’t the first, and in Joe Biden’s America, sadly she won’t be the last,” says the ad’s female narrator. The spot features foreboding music and bold red letters as it flashes headlines across the screen.

High-profile murders of young women by illegal immigrants have been part of the national conversation in recent weeks, with the arrest of the alleged murderer of Rachel Morin, a 37-year-old Maryland woman who was raped and killed in Bel Air.

Victor Martinez Hernandez, an illegal immigrant from El Salvador who is already accused of homicide in his home country, was arrested in Oklahoma this month.

“Illegal immigrant Victor Hernandez: He was wanted for murder, but Biden let him in. Now he’s charged with raping and beating Rachel Morin, mother of five, to death.”

Morin’s mother criticized the Biden administration’s border policies In a recent Fox News interview: “It’s like they’re pretending these immigration problems don’t exist and people aren’t being harmed and killed by their policies.”

The ad is a harsh indictment of Biden that attempts to appeal to both female and swing-state voters.

The ad will run in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin — all critical swing states in the presidential election.

“Rachel Morin, Laken Riley and countless others. Joe Biden’s open border, a nightmare for American women,” says the narrator before the screen fades to darkness.

Building America’s Future previously accused CNN of refusing to run a similar spot, focused on the murder of Georgia woman Laken Riley, during Biden’s last State of the Union address.

At that speech, Georgia GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene heckled Biden by demanding he “say her name.”

“The media buy also includes mobile billboards and 2D projections on famous buildings displaying portions of the ad in major metro areas of Atlanta, Georgia, Greensboro, North Carolina, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,” said the group, which is hosting a series of events in Pennsylvania this week.
