Former President Joe Biden “totally f–ked” former Vice President Kamala Harris’ 2024 bid for the White House by refusing to drop out of the race earlier, a campaign aide said.

David Plouffe, who was a key adviser for the Harris campaign, blamed the then-veep’s election loss squarely on the ex-commander in chief, according to a new book CNN’s Jake Tapper co-authored.

Plouffe — a senior adviser in Obama’s White House — was quoted ripping Harris’ 107-day campaign against Donald Trump as a “f–king nightmare,” according to an excerpt obtained by The Guardian.

“And it’s all Biden,” he told the authors. “He totally f–ked us.”

Plouffe said he flagged concerns about Biden’s mental and physical ability after receiving a flurry of calls from worried donors in the wake of his catastrophic first debate performance against Trump.

But he said he was repeatedly told the prez could still win another election.

The White House, at the time, also publicly insisted Biden was in good health.

Despite clinging on for three more weeks, Biden ended up dropping out of the race — a move others aides, too, agreed upended Harris’ chances.

“I love Joe Biden. When it comes to decency, there are few in politics like him. Still, it was a disservice to the country and to the party for his family and advisers to allow him to run again,” one senior aide was quoted in the book.

“It was an abomination. He stole an election from the Democratic party; he stole it from the American people,” a prominent Democratic strategist added.

Biden, his family, aides and the liberal media have been ripped for dismissing mounting concerns about the ailing commander-in-chief ahead of the election amid a spate of physical stumbles, verbal gaffes and moments of confusion.

A Biden spokesperson, meanwhile, dismissed the book’s claims of an apparent cover-up, saying “Yes, there were physical changes as he got older, but evidence of aging is not evidence of mental incapacity.”

“And so far, we are still waiting for someone, anyone, to point out where Joe Biden had to make a presidential decision or make a presidential address where he was unable to do his job because of mental decline. In fact, the evidence points to the opposite — he was a very effective president.”

Mounting pressure over Biden’s mental decline, as well as dismal polling ultimately led Biden to withdraw from the 2024 race and endorse his then-vice president Kamala Harris.
