Buffalo Bills (-8.5) over MIAMI DOLPHINS

The Bills have looked much more like themselves since their bye week.

After throttling the feisty Panthers in Carolina, Buffalo took down the Kansas City Chiefs, 28-21, last week.

They head south to take on the Dolphins in a continuation of what has been one of the most uneven divisional matchups in recent history.

In 15 career starts against the Dolphins, Josh Allen has gone 13-2.

Since 2020, the Bills are 10-1 against Miami, with their only loss coming in September 2022.

The last two times the Bills visited Miami, they had no problem taking the game with ease, outscoring the Dolphins by a combined 28 points in the pair of games.

Taking on the worst Dolphins team of the past half-decade, I expect that trend to continue on Sunday.

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (-6.5) over Arizona Cardinals

The Seahawks traveled across the country and gave a beatdown to the Commanders, going up 28-0 before winning the game 38-14.

While they’ve proven to be among the NFL’s best with decisive wins and close losses to playoff contenders, oddsmakers still aren’t fully convinced.

They’ll welcome the Cardinals and Jacoby Brissett, who are coming off an upset win over the Cowboys, but I’m not letting that game make me think they have any shot against a team that’s looked like the best in football at times this year.

Betting on the NFL?

Brissett picked apart the Dallas defense, although it’s perhaps been the worst in the league through nine weeks.

The Seahawks are a different beast, giving up just 4.7 yards per play, the 3rd-fewest in the NFL.

They should make Brissett look much more like the backup quarterback he’s been throughout his career.

LAST WEEK: 2-0.

2025 SEASON: 9-9.
