ELECTIONS: Inaccuracies and unlawfulness | Coeur d’Alene Press

INRE Dave Pierson’s Elections Letter June 8, I would refer him (and others who believe as he does that there is “simply no evidence to support” large, serious examples of real and potential fraud inducing actions/inactions by election officials at all levels of governments in America) to the conservative, non-partisan educational foundation Judicial Watch’s news publication, Verdict, as well as their Special Election Report 2023-2024, for many examples of such, and how these numerous government entities have to be sued to make them comply with election laws. Why is that, if all (real or potential) fraud is as innocuous as he asserts? To many, the possibility of election fraud occurring as a result of willful, inadvertent, or unlawful election activity is just as serious as an actual infraction.

Some examples they have exposed are February 2023, LA County confirmed the removal of 1,207,613 ineligible voters from it’s rolls since the previous year after a lawsuit against them, District of Columbia as of June 2024, 583 foreign nationals were registered to vote in Washington, D.C., and non-citizens can be election workers there,113 non-citizens voted in the Presidential Primary there, same year, Mississippi unlawfully extended the ballot receipt deadline for Nov. 5, 2024, Presidential and VP Electors election, April 2023, Pennsylvania removed 178,258 ineligible registrations and agreed to 5-year roll cleanup transparency only after written pressure from Judicial Watch.

These are just a very few of the election inaccuracies and unlawfulness uncovered for years throughout the nation. Our elections are not pure as the driven snow, and vigilance must be maintained to protect their integrity.
