Erin Andrews drew inspiration from “one of [her] favorite pop stars” for her 2025 Super Bowl outfit.
Andrews, 46, opened up about the glitzy getup she wore while the sportscaster commented at the big game on Sunday, February 9, in New Orleans, saying that it reminded her of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour wardrobe.
“I am very, very excited about what my stylist has put together,” Andrews told People before the Kansas City Chiefs faced off against the Philadelphia Eagles. “When we were putting it together and picking certain things, I was like, ‘Oh my God, this is kind of like …” Andrews continued, winking. “And she was like, ‘Yes, it is.’”
Although she spoke to the outlet before the kickoff and didn’t reveal her full look, Andrews shared that her bronze crystal-embellished blazer and matching top “gave a nod to one of [her] favorite pop stars.”
As fellow Swifties will recall, the Grammy-winning singer wore a similar Versace number while performing “The Man” during her record-breaking Eras Tour, which concluded in December 2024.
“It’s not hard to figure out who that is, but I’m excited,” Andrews added.
This isn’t the first time she and Swift, 35, have been connected through fashion. In October 2023, the latter wore a windbreaker from WEAR by Erin Andrews while cheering on her boyfriend Travis Kelce at a Chiefs game.
Andrews later reacted to the moment, gushing about how elated she was to see the singer in her brand.
“A video scrolls up on my Instagram, and she’s so cute walking in with her little skirt and boots,” Andrews said in an episode of her “Calm Down With Erin and Charissa” podcast. “I’m screaming my brains out,” she exclaimed. “Nick Bosa calls me and he’s like, ‘Hey Erin, how are you?’ and I said, ‘You know, Nick, when Taylor Swift shows up to the Thursday night game in your windbreaker, you’re great.’”
Swift’s outerwear featured a red-and-black body adorned with white stripes and the Chiefs’ logo across the chest. At the time, she elevated it with a Balenciaga corset and leather miniskirt. She tied her look together with Prada boots and a gold necklace. Leave it to Swift and Andrews to serve a fashion win any game day.
