The Giants have set an interview with a Super Bowl-winning coach — but it’s not the one that just hit the market Tuesday.

Big Blue will interview former Packers and Cowboys coach Mike McCarthy for its coaching opening, according to ESPN.

He joins a growing list that includes former Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski, Broncos defensive coordinator Vance Joseph and Colts defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo.

The Giants are also interested in speaking with just-dismissed Ravens head coach John Harbaugh, The Post reported, although no interview has been scheduled yet with the fellow Super Bowl-winning coach.

McCarthy, 62, won a Super Bowl with the Packers during the 2010 season and did not coach this past season after being relieved as the Cowboys’ head coach following the 2024 campaign.

He is known for consistently producing competitive teams during his 18 years as a head coach, compiling a 174-112-2 regular-season record and reaching the playoffs in 12 seasons.

McCarthy’s latest run with the Cowboys from 2020-24 featured three 12-win seasons, but Dallas moved on following a disappointing 7-10 season in 2024.

The Cowboys went 1-3 in the playoffs during his tenure, losing twice in the first round, including a 48-32 blowout home loss to the Packers in the 2023 season.

McCarthy’s Packers tenure featured him winning a Super Bowl in his fifth season, and he finished .500 or better in 10 of his first 11 seasons — including eight straight campaigns from 2009-16 — before a 7-9 season in 2017.

Green Bay then dismissed him midseason in 2018 with a 4-7-1 record.

He previously interviewed for the Giants’ opening in 2020 and is an offensive-minded coach who could potentially work well alongside quarterback Jaxson Dart.

The Giants now have three candidates who have been head coaches before in McCarthy, Joseph and Stefanski, which may indicate that general manager Joe Schoen is valuing experience.
