10 aspiring actors are competing on an all-new competition series hosted by Jonathan Bennett

Are you ready to fall in love with an all-new Hallmark hunk?

This holiday season, Jonathan Bennett is on the hunt to find the next Hallmark Christmas movie star — and he went across the country to find 10 potential candidates to steal America’s hearts.

Finding Mr. Christmas, Hallmark’s first-ever reality competition series, premieres Oct. 31 and sees Bennett, 43, bring together 10 aspiring actors to “compete in a variety of entertaining challenges, with a Hallmark twist, to be crowned Hallmark’s next leading man and take home the title of ‘Mr. Christmas.'”

Bennett, along with lead judge Melissa Peterman and a variety of special guest judges, will put the hunks to the test “to determine who has the most talent, heart, authenticity and charisma to be the next Hallmark superstar,” per the official synopsis.

The last man standing will secure his spot as the leading actor in one of the Hallmark Channel’s Countdown to Christmas movies.

The 10 men competing hail from across the U.S. — and one from Australia! — and all have a background in acting or aspire to act.

Former Texas Tech football player Blake believes he’ll be the perfect Mr. Christmas because will “bring a lot of good energy to the table,” he says in a teaser announcing the cast.

Jonathan, a former Team USA athlete, has his “amazing smile” going for him, but he also highlights his “perseverance” and “resilience” among the attributes that will make him stand out.

Firefighter Isaac knows it requires some “charm,” but also needs to be “somebody who cares, somebody who loves their family,” he says in the teaser.

Elijah, who spent five years touring with Hamilton, knows that “it takes a little bit of love and kindness” to win this kind of competition, while Gage jokes that his “strong jawline” will seal the deal for him.

Daxton, another Broadway alum who starred in The Book of Mormon, is as confident as anyone, as he proudly touts that he can “sing, dance and act,” which he feels will set him apart.

Hayden — the only non-U.S. contestant who hails from Australia — says he’s “ready for this step” and is “passionate,” while former U.S. Navy rescue diver turned model Ezra describes himself as “full of love” and “confident.”
