After a day off, the New York Knicks are back in action for Game 2 against the Atlanta Hawks in the first round of the 2026 Playoffs.
The Knicks didn’t trail for over three quarters in Saturday’s Game 1 against Atlanta, which they won 113-102.
Jalen Brunson scored a game-high 28 points in the victory, while the rest of the team’s starters (OG Anunoby, Josh Hart, Karl-Anthony Towns and Mikal Bridges) combined for 54 points.
“We feel like the team is deep and anybody can get going at any time,” Knicks head coach Mike Brown said after the victory. “For us, it’s about sacrificing and not worrying about shots, minutes or anything like that.”
