Alix Earle’s new reality show made slight references to her romance with Tom Brady.
In season 1 of Earle Meets World, streaming now on Netflix, Alix’s family and friends were filming confessionals when they were asked whether they had seen a “viral video of Alix and T.B.”
“She’s rubbing his back,” the interviewer said, as Alix’s BFF Sally Carden’s eyes went wide and sister Ashtin Earle gave a small smile.
A headline then displayed that read, “Tom Brady Spotted Dancing With Former Patriots Teammate’s Ex-Girlfriend, Alix Earle,” as a clip showed Alix, 25, rubbing her hand on Tom’s back while the pair were out.
“I don’t think I necessarily have a type. It’s just always personality,” Alix then said in a confessional. “And then maybe athletes.”
In a separate episode, Alix reunited with her Dancing With the Stars season 34 partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, and his wife, Jenna Johnson — who had questions about Tom.
“What is going on?” Jenna asked, to which Alix replied, “I don’t know what’s going on. I’m having fun.”
“So it’s, like, confirmed?” Jenna inquired as Alix shrugged her shoulders and responded, “No, I’m just having fun. … A lot has changed since last time.”
Jenna then asked how Alix was coping after splitting from NFL player Braxton Berrios, who she had been dating for two years.
“How are you doing after Braxton?” Jenna said, to which Alix replied, “I’m good.” Jenna then quipped, “Then you were like, ‘Tom. Come over, cutie.’”
Alix began laughing as she joked that the mic had to be taken off Jenna. Elsewhere in the episode, Alix was filming with Ashtin and their dad, Thomas “TJ” Earle, as she received a call from Braxton.
“We’re filming right now,” Alix told Braxton over the phone as he hung up.’
“What was that about? Tom?” TJ asked as he began to laugh.
Alix was spotted with Tom earlier this year, with a source exclusively telling Us that the pair were enjoying getting to know each other, “but it’s not serious.” At the end of Earle Meets World season 1, Alix ponders a reconciliation with Braxton.
“I was just wondering … well, I just wanted to ask you a question,” Alix said while on the phone with Braxton. “I know that when we broke up, you said that there was, like, no chance that we would ever get back together. And that was just, like, not an option.”
“But I feel like — I don’t know, it’s, like, in the back of my mind or something that I think about, and I don’t know if it’s the healthiest for me that I still feel like there’s a possibility — or I don’t know,” Alix continued. “But I just wanted to know if you still feel the same way, like, 100 percent would never get back together. Even if it’s, like, a small percentage. Like, is that ever something that you think about?”
Braxton then paused for several seconds before replying, “Oh, Alix” as the season ended.
