Initially, the 2025 Critics Choice Awards were set to happen on Jan. 12. But, due to the devastating fires in Los Angeles, the star-studded event, which honors critically acclaimed performances in TV and film, were postponed (twice!) and has been officially pushed to February 7.

But despite the delays, the Critics Choice Association is gearing up for their most exciting show yet.

“We’re thrilled to be working with E! to present our landmark 30th annual Critics Choice Awards,” Joey Berlin, CEO of the Critics Choice Association, told Variety. “With the incredible Chelsea Handler returning as our host, we know this special 30th-anniversary show is going to be our biggest and best show yet.”
