Customers at a grocery store in Thailand couldn’t avoid the elephant in the room. A wild elephant named Plai Biang Lek lumbered into the aisles after finding his way there from a nearby national park. The massive pachyderm began munching away on some bananas, a sandwich and sweet rice crackers before national park workers could wrangle him out of the store. “Me in the kitchen at 2 am,” one commenter joked.
