The favorite to land the Brendan Sorsby circus is none other than the New York Jets.
Prediction market platform Kalshi has the Jets as the clear favorites to take Sorsby in a potential NFL Supplemental Draft for the former Indiana, Cincinnati, and Texas Tech signal caller.
The Jets currently have a 21 percent chance of drafting Sorsby, while the Browns are the second most likely at 15 percent, and the Cardinals sit at 12 percent.

Sorsby is a highly polarizing prospect, given that he admitted to placing approximately $90,000 in wagers while checking himself into rehab for the issue.
He was slated to play for Texas Tech this season after receiving an NIL deal worth at least $3 million, although that came with a ton of baggage, and teams in the Big 12 Conference were even refusing to play the Red Raiders.
Sorsby may come at a big discount for any team that drafts him, as reporter Albert Breer reported that at least one NFL executive said he looked better on film than Rams first-round pick Ty Simpson.
The embattled quarterback stands at 6-foot-3 and should be plenty mobile with his legs, running for 580 yards and nine touchdowns last season.
Betting on the NFL?
Sorsby threw for 2,800 yards and 27 touchdowns with five interceptions for the Bearcats last year.
Any team that selects Sorsby in the supplemental draft will lose that draft pick in the highly coveted 2027 NFL Draft, so don’t expect any team to blow a first round on a player that may be suspended by the league for illegal gambling.
