Kourtney Kardashian has addressed the conspiracy theory that her son, Mason, has a child.

“I rarely address rumors or conspiracies regarding myself or my family, but this is about my child and it feels wrong to let anyone think for a second that these lies are remotely true,” Kardashian, 45, wrote via her Instagram Story on Sunday, March 2. “They are not true. “Mason does not have a child.”

Unfounded videos have gone viral on TikTok suggesting that Mason has a secret Instagram account that shares updates on a baby named Piper. Kardashian made it clear on Sunday that the accounts claiming to be her 15-year-old son are “fake.”

“My son really values his privacy,” she penned while asking for others to “please be respectful.”

“He is a kid with feelings and a beautiful life ahead of him,” she shared. “Please stop spreading false narratives and spinning lives.

Kardashian also addressed other social media accounts that are posting content about her other children. (In addition to Mason, the Kardashians star shares daughter Penelope, 12, and son Reign, 10 with ex Scott Disick. She is also mother of son Rocky, 16 months, with husband Travis Barker.)

“And to all the other people making videos about my kids (who, by the way, are minors), please stop and leave them alone,” she concluded.

Mason made multiple appearances on the family’s former reality series Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but hasn’t been in front of the camera much on Hulu’s The Kardashians. The teen joined Instagram in May 2024 and his first post featured a photo of him in a snapback with his head down.

While his post had no caption and the comments were limited, his mom and aunts Kim and Khloé Kardashian showed him some love.

“My first baby 🥹,” Kourtney replied while Kim wrote, “You’re really on Instagram 🥹.”

Khloé, for her part, responded that she could not “believe” her nephew was on social media.

Earlier this year, Disick opened up about how he and Mason have broached serious conversation topics as his son enters his teenage years.

“The truth is, I do explain to Mason how drinking affected me and how badly it put me in certain places,” Disick said during a January appearance on Khloé’s “Khloé in Wonder Land” podcast. “I talk to him all the time about it.”

Disick, who has struggled with substance abuse in the past, also has talked to Mason about how to tackle dating.

“Even recently, he’s starting to really like girls. And obviously, girls like him,” he said. “I just said, ‘You know it’s like, you can do whatever you want, just don’t lie and don’t manipulate any girls.’”
