Embattled New York Attorney General Letitia James aimed a fresh threat at President Trump this week — bragging that she’ll continue to “sue, baby, sue” while claiming she’s targeting “oligarchs.”

The far-left state prosecutor – emboldened after being re-elected to another four years in office on Tuesday — did not mention the president by name, yet all but gloated that she will continue to target him while addressing supporters on Friday at the SOMOS political conference in Puerto Rico.

“Mortgages are too high, interest rates are too high, car insurance is too high,” said James to applause.

“We’ve got to make sure all of the oligarchs that are at the top are imposing all of these high costs on New Yorkers and Americans.

“I’m excited to get back to work and to use the law — both as a sword and as a shield — and sue baby sue with all of you! God bless you and thank you.”

James – who has long been accused of pursuing partisan political witch hunts against the president and his allies, even after failing to dig up dirt – has reportedly sued Trump, his administration and his businesses well over 70 times since taking office in 2019.

She did win a massive $454 million civil judgment against Trump’s business for allegedly inflating its value, but a state appeals court overturned the decision last year.

On Saturday at the conference, Gov. Kathy Hochul touted her pledge to expand universal childcare statewide by 2028 while speaking at the annual SOMOS Labor Breakfast on Saturday — as she faces rising pressure from NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani and his lefty allies to hike levies in the wake of Democrats’ midterm domination.

“I’ve already invested $12 billion in child care — $4.5 billion this year alone — but I have made a commitment. I want a fully universal 4-K program across the state of New York by 2028,” said Hochul.

During her remarks, the governor also badly botched an attempted joke about encouraging a young family to stay in New York, instead of moving to Philadelphia.

“I said, why do you want to go to Philadelphia? You like the Knicks better or something?” she said, before realizing she had thrown up an airball of a joke.

“I don’t understand. You don’t like the Knicks? You like [Philadelphia 76ers star] Lebron James? I don’t understand. I don’t understand. Thank you. The Knicks are here. But he said he wanted to, but they couldn’t afford the rent and childcare on top of it.”

Both Hochul and Mamdani – who was also at the breakfast – refused to speak to media members afterwards.
