Marcus Jordan was found allegedly parked on train tracks inside his Lamborghini SUV before being arrested for DUI, cocaine possession and resisting arrest on Tuesday, February 4.

Jordan, 34, was spotted by two officers while sitting on the tracks outside Maitland, Florida after fleeing a traffic stop early Tuesday morning, according to a police report obtained by Us Weekly

After approaching the car, officers noticed damage to Jordan’s vehicle, indicating he had been trying to get his car off the tracks. “The tires were halfway buried in the dirt/rocks on the tracks from being spun repeatedly,” the report reads.

Jordan, the son of NBA legend Michael Jordan, reportedly told the officers he had made a “wrong turn,” but had noticeably “bloodshot and glassy” eyes. Officers stated Jordan seemed “confused where he was located.”

According to the report, Marcus admitted to consuming “some” alcoholic drinks earlier in the night and said his final stop was Rachel’s Gentleman’s Club, which describes itself as a “steakhouse and strip club” on its website.

The establishment promotes “All of Em Mondays” on their site, during which customers can order bone-in ribeyes and a steak trio at a discounted price.

Marcus was allegedly unable to successfully complete any field sobriety tests on scene and officers noted the “odor of an alcoholic beverage was getting stronger as he spoke.”

When Marcus reportedly “refused” to get into a police car, he became “agitated and irritated” and questioned why he was “getting treated like a criminal like he was doing something wrong.”

After Marcus was successfully in custody, officers allegedly found a bag of cocaine in his pocket.

Per the report, Marcus was “singing all the way” to the Orange County DUI Center and the car began “smelling strongly like an alcoholic beverage.”

Us Weekly has reached out to Maitland Police Department and Marcus’ reps for comment.
