McDonald’s is launching a new adult Happy Meal. It goes on sale today, just in time for the holidays.
The Grinch is lending his sour outlook to a limited-edition deal that includes a Big Mac or Chicken McNuggets, a drink and Dill Pickle “Grinch Salt” McShaker Fries, which is new in America. Dill pickle seasoning comes on the side, and you can toss the fries and flavored salt in a bag to add the Grinch’s iconic pucker.
The branch launched the meal for the first time in Canada in 2024. Alyssa Buetikofer, chief marketing and customer experience officer of McDonald’s USA, said in a statement that it was a “no-brainer” to bring it to the U.S.
The Grinch meal comes in a Happy Meal box that screams of nostalgia. Looking for a toy? McDonald’s is giving us socks for Christmas.

The Grinch Meal is available at participating McDonald’s locations starting Tuesday, Dec. 2.

According to a McDonald’s news release, the specialty meal includes:

A pair of Grinch and McDonald’s themed socks (red, blue, yellow or green)
The Grinch Meal at McDonald’s includes a Big Mac or 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, Dill Pickle “Grinch Salt” McShaker Fries and a medium drink. The meal also comes with one pair of McDonald’s Grinch socks, available in yellow, red, blue and green. The meal is available starting Dec. 2, 2025.
“The Grinch gets it–the holidays are chaotic, and he’s thrilled to give our fandom permission to embrace their inner Grinch with his festive mischievous meal and spirited socks,” Buetikofer said.
How many McDonald’s locations are in Mississippi?
According to ScrapeHero, there are 139 McDonald’s restaurants in 90 cities.
Out of Mississippi fast food, it ranks fourth for the number of locations in the state. Krispy Krunchy Chicken is No. 3 with 167 locations in 100 cities. Subway has 283 locations in 142 cities. And the No. 1 chain with the most locations near you is Hunt Brothers Pizza, with 655 locations in 271 cities.
