NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Two young women took home dazzling crowns Saturday night after being crowned Miss Tennessee and Miss Tennessee’s Teen in Nashville.
More than 50 young women gathered in Music City in hopes of winning crowns and scholarships in the Miss Tennessee and Miss Tennessee’s Teen competition.
After demonstrating their talents, interview skills and glamorous gowns, the Miss Tennessee 2025 crown and sash went to Miss Music City, Zoe Scheiderich on Saturday, June 14.

Scheiderich will assume the title and duties of Miss Tennessee from Carley Vogel, who also competed as Miss Music City before being crowned Miss Tennessee in 2024.
Earlier this year, Vogel was second-runner up to Miss America. Vogel told News 2 last month she graduated from Middle Tennessee State University, where she majored in music business and minored in music theatre. She reportedly received over $45,000 from competing in the Miss America Opportunity as a state and local titleholder.
“I will never be able to express the depth of my gratitude, for every person who believed in me, every hand I’ve held, every mile I’ve traveled, and every lesson I’ve learned. This organization raised me. It shaped me into the woman I am today. And though I close this chapter with tears in my eyes, I do so with a full heart and a fire that will never go out,” Vogel wrote in part in a statement shared to social media as she bid the title of Miss Tennessee goodbye.

Scheiderich previously competed for the role of Miss Tennessee as Miss Nashville in 2024 — she was named third runner-up and one of the preliminary talent winners that year — and Miss Memphis in 2023. In addition to winning the entire competition this year, Scheiderich won the preliminary evening gown award on Friday, June 13.
The following contestants were also recognized for reaching the top five in the Miss Tennessee 2025 competition and/or winning other awards:

All four of Scheiderich’s fellow contestants from the top five previously competed in Miss Tennessee. Maddison was also named first runner-up for the state title when she competed as Miss Lexington in 2024 and Miss Robertson County in 2023, but she also won a preliminary on-stage question award in 2024 and the Patricia Holmes Overall Interview Award in 2023. Guy previously competed as Miss Capital City in 2024, during which she was second runner-up and one of the preliminary talent winners. Sanders was named fourth runner-up when she competed as Miss Historic Greeneville in 2024, but she didn’t reach the top five when she competed as Miss Historic Jonesborough 2023. As for Hahn, even though this was her first time in the top five, she previously vied for the state title as Miss Shelbyville in 2024 and Miss Franklin County in 2023.
Meanwhile, Miss Tennessee’s Teen for 2024, Leela Beaty, passed down her title earlier on Saturday. Out of 26 young women, Beaty crowned Miss Memphis’ Teen Analee Shaver — who was also a preliminary talent winner and a preliminary evening gown winner — as her successor.
Beaty wrote a lengthy post — which she emphasized was “not a goodbye” — on the Miss Tennessee’s Teen Instagram about passing off her crown, saying, in part, “Throughout this past year I’ve held many titles: Miss Tennessee’s Teen, an advocate for those with additional needs, the first woman to walk the Miss America’s Teen stage with a visible disability, a daughter, a sister, a volunteer, a leader, a change maker, and maybe even a princess. (if you ask our Tri-stars) But as I say farewell to this past year, I’m Leela… just Leela! And though there are tears, I feel nothing but happiness because if I have learned anything this year it’s that being me is the best title I could ever ask for! This year has made me a person that I am so, incredibly proud to be!”

Shaver reportedly plans to study communication science in college. Through her CSI, “Stand4Me,” she encourages her peers to advocate for each other and stand up against bullying.
Among the contestants in the Miss Tennessee’s Teen pageant, officials said the following young women made the top five and/or won other awards during the competition:

Shaver and Tweedie were the only members of the top five who didn’t compete in Miss Tennessee’s Teen in the past two years. The other three finalists all competed in 2024, with Dendy as Miss Lexington’s Teen, Stanfill as Miss Music Row’s Teen, and Gosnell as Miss Greene County’s Teen, but none of them reached the top five that year.
The Miss Tennessee Scholarship Competition is a licensed state program of the Miss America Opportunity whose brand mission is “Empowering Women to Lead.” According to the pageant’s website, Miss America and Miss America’s Teen local and state ambassadors contribute thousands of community service hours annually.
