‘American Idol’ Music Supervisor and Her Husband Found Dead in Their Los Angeles Home
A 22-year-old man was arrested yesterday in connection with the fatal shootings of “American Idol” music supervisor Robin Kaye and her husband, Thomas Deluca, both 70, one day after the couple was found dead in their Los Angeles home, police and a representative of the show said. Investigators believe a burglar entered the home through an unlocked door and the couple came home while the suspect was still there, the LAPD said.
Mom Called ‘Dramatic’ for Hiring a Lifeguard for Her Kindergartener’s Pool Party

A mom of two tells TODAY.com she was surprised to be labeled “dramatic” after sharing that she hired a lifeguard to watch over her daughter’s backyard pool party for her 6th birthday. “If everybody is watching, it means nobody is watching,” Morgan Coulter says. A water safety expert backed up Coulter’s approach, as drowning is one of the top causes of death for kids ages 5 to 14.
