Adult content creator Bonnie Blue made headlines when she was arrested in Bali — and her fellow stars are not holding back when it comes to sharing their thoughts.

It was reported on December 5 that Blue and 17 men had been arrested following a police raid, with the group taken into custody after allegedly making X-rated material.

While speaking with Indonesian outlet Bali Express, Badung Police Chief Arif Batubara shared that the raid came after reports of an alleged pornographic video being created. A raid allegedly occurred at a vacation rental, where the outlet reported is the suspected location for creation of
“content containing pornographic or immoral elements.”

Blue was reportedly in custody in Kuta, according to Australian outlets Nina News and news.com.au. The outlet reported that many of the arrested men — who were ages 17 to 40 — have been released, while one Australian man and two British men remained in custody.

The ex-OnlyFans star was in the country for the “Schoolies” event, where recently graduated Australian high school students gathered to celebrate the end of their year. Us Weekly reached out to Blue’s rep for comment.

Annie Knight

“In my industry, anytime you go overseas you have to be aware of the laws surrounding sex-work in the country you are visiting,” Knight exclusively told Us in a statement on December 8. “I always am super thorough with my research whenever I travel, and make sure to be extra cautious. I’d never do my job in a country where my work is illegal and I just would never risk myself like that.”

She continued, “Honestly, Bonnie being arrested really didn’t shock me. Bonnie went to Bali, a country where sex-work is illegal, and despite knowing that, she still chose to do it and break the law. Being arrested was always going to be a risk, and I did try to warn her, but she didn’t listen and now she is experiencing the repercussions. That being said, it must be absolutely terrifying being arrested in a different country, and I really hope she is OK.”

In a separate statement to the Daily Mail on December 8, Knight claimed that Blue “heard [her] warnings and chose to ignore them, so it’s hard to feel sorry for her.” She added, “She made her bed and now she’s lying in it. [It’s] not the smartest business decision, but I guess everyone makes mistakes.”

Sophie Rain

Rain, meanwhile, shared in a statement on December 9 that “this is what happens when you treat OnlyFans like a prank TV show.” She continued, “Bonnie Blue has never respected this profession. She mocks it. She uses it for attention.”

Aiesha Sofrey

“She thinks this is edgy branding, but she’s endangering people and damaging every creator who’s trying to do this work legally,” Sofrey alleged in a statement on December 9.
