Golf before gobbling.
President-elect Donald Trump took to the green at his Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Fla. on Thanksgiving Eve, as seen in these exclusive pics obtained by the Post.
Trump, 78, has been spotted golfing in the weeks following his big 2024 election win, with videos showing him swinging his clubs and talking to supporters out on the course.
He was shown snapping pictures and driving around in his golf cart with a smile on his face — and a source told The Post he usually likes to go out in the afternoons.
The soon-to-be-47th president had taken a hiatus from the game in the months leading up to Election Day with his busy schedule — but also following an assassination attempt on the very same course.
Alleged gunman Ryan Wesley Routh hid in a bush on Trump’s golf course for hours before taking aim with a weapon on Sep. 15 — while the former president was just a few holes away.
A Secret Service agent fired at Routh, who fled the scene and was eventually taken into custody and charged with attempted assassination against the 45th president.
Since, Trump has said he will follow Secret Service orders on how to proceed with caution while playing his favorite sport. Security has been heightened around Trump, especially at his Mar-a-Lago residence, with guests have to go through more scrutiny before getting inside.
“Safeguarding the President-elect is among our highest priorities. Beyond that, we are not able to go into specifics about protective means or methods,” Secret Service communications chief Anthony Guglielmi told The Post about protecting Trump on the course.
