The proposed professional soccer stadium in downtown Des Moines is getting another financial boost. The Iowa Soccer Development Foundation says it received a $5 million Destination Iowa grant from the Iowa Economic Development Authority. But the organization says it needs millions more. ISDF says it has secured $75 million of the $95 million needed.
