The Raiders won a game, which under normal circumstances would have been a happy occasion, but the victory significantly impacted their draft position in April.

Las Vegas defeating the Jaguars 19-14 thanks to a fourth-quarter touchdown by Ameer Abdullah upset most fans because the Raiders dropped to sixth in the race for the No. 1 overall pick.

“Raiders fans seeing @ShedeurSanders slip away with a meaningless W,” one person wrote along with a GIF of a character from the film “Goodfellas” slamming a phone in anger.

“Grateful??  We just blew it. I’m done,” another fan wrote in response to a post about the Raiders win.

“Loser mentality is valuing a win at 2-12,” another person chimed in.

But the players and ownership didn’t care for any of the negativity about the win.

Raiders owner Mark Davis was seen in the locker room clapping when media members entered after the game, according to The Athletic’s Tashan Reed.

“Talk to [GM] Tom Telesco,” Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce responded when asked about the fans who were upset over the draft impact the win had.

Quarterback Aidan O’Connell told reporters that he doesn’t pay attention to the outside noise.

“I don’t read anything, I don’t really hear it. I think ignorance is definitely bliss and that’s how I’m rolling,” he said.

The Raiders had been in a dogfight with the Giants for the No. 1 overall pick and the Giants had taken over the top spot after they suffered an ugly loss to the Falcons earlier on Sunday.

The Patriots are now in the No. 2 spot followed by the Jaguars, Titans and Browns, according to Tankathon.

The Raiders are down to their final two games of the season when they’ll take on the Saints next weekend and end the year with a game against the Chargers.
