While it’s been nice and sunny in Los Angeles, it’s been a constant downpour for the Rams.

As the Rams are trying to navigate past all the injuries that they’ve been bitten by following a Week 6 18-16 loss to the Arizona Cardinals, the team still has no update on top offseason acquisition, Myles Garrett.

According to Michael Duarte of The California Post, Garrett will not be playing in the team’s Week 7 game against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Garrett has been sidelined since the team’s Week 1, eye-opening 27-7 loss to the San Francisco 49ers — where he appeared in 40 snaps but failed to log a single tackle.

When the Rams got back from Australia, the team announced that they were placing him on the injured reserve so that he could get arthroscopic knee surgery.

Garrett was required to miss a minimum of four games after the surgery, but as the season has progressed, he hasn’t and is now on pace to miss his sixth straight game with no timetable for when he will return.

Before the season began, Garrett spent a majority of training camp sidelined with the knee injury, and the Rams were initially describing it as knee “soreness.”

As Los Angeles looks to continue playing without Garrett, he is just one of the many holes they are trying to patch up in order to save their season.

Duarte learned that the defense has also taken a major setback as they will be without nose tackle Poona Ford for the rest of the season after he ruptured his triceps. Kobie Turner will also spend some time away from the team as he’s expected to miss the next 4-6 weeks with a groin injury.

The defense isn’t the only area of the Rams’ roster that’s taken a hit, as the offense will have to learn to play without future Hall of Fame wide receiver Davante Adams, who will miss the next 6-10 weeks due to a hamstring injury.

Los Angeles will also have to find their third kicker of the season.

The team learned that last week’s acquisition, Blake Grupe, will miss the remainder of the season due to a torn ACL injury he suffered when he attempted to tackle Cardinals’ kick returner Devin Durenay in the first quarter.
