Camille Grammer is going into 2025 with an all-new physical and mental mindset.
“New Year, new look,” Grammer, 56, wrote via Instagram on Thursday, January 2, sharing a bikini selfie. “I was over the look of my implants and wanted the natural look. I feel much better without them.”
Grammer also expressed her gratitude to plastic surgeon Robert Cohen for performing the procedure.
Many of Grammer’s fellow Real Housewives applauded her explant surgery.
“Omg so amazing love! You look great,” Gretchen Rossi wrote via Instagram comment, while Sutton Stracke added, “Yep.”
Actress Eden Alpert, for her part, chimed in: “Amazing, it was the best thing I ever did.”
Grammer has been candid about the plastic surgery she’s had through the years.
“Oh God, what have I done? Let’s see, obviously, I’ve had a breast augmentation and Botox absolutely,” she said on Judith Regan’s SiriusXM radio show in 2010. “Just a crock full of Botox.”
Grammer is also a cancer survivor, battling endometrial cancer in 2013 followed by skin cancer in 2017.
“It’s a squamous cell carcinoma and it could show up on the skin or in your lungs, it could be in the back of your throat, in your vagina, in your labia, there’s many places it could show up,” she told Us Weekly in December 2017. “I had surgery three days ago and I’m out and about but I’m still healing and I’m still in some pain.”
At the time, Grammer praised her family’s support during the health scare.
“I think keeping your family close and having them support you helps you so much,” she said, adding she got her “strength” from her late mother. “Also having a good man in your life, and I have a lot of great friends, too.”
Grammer wed now-husband David C. Meyer one year later in October 2018. She was previously married to actor Kelsey Grammer before divorcing in 2010. Camille and Kelsey, 69, share daughter Mason, 23, and son Jude, 20.
Mason further praised the lessons learned from her mother in an exclusive interview with Us last year.
“I’m very strong and I get that from my mother because my mother is the strongest person I know,” Mason gushed in June 2024. “She’s just amazing. Just being strong is really important.”
Mason is also hoping to follow in her family’s acting footsteps, telling Us, “I’m taking classes. I’m working towards that but I also love being behind the camera. Anything I can do within the film industry, I’ll be really happy doing so that’s my goal.”
