PROVIDENCE – Though the 2024 presidential election is now history, Rhode Island cast its four electoral college votes for president and vice president of the United States on Tuesday at a ceremony at the State House.
Vice President Kamala Harris won Rhode Island 55.5% to 41.8% over former president, now President-elect Donald Trump.
The four electors included: State Sen. Robert Britto; former AFL-CIO President George Nee; Darlene Mary Allen and Ami Manilal Gada, the school teacher wife of House Majority Leader Christopher Blazejewski.
