Rob Kardashian made a rare public appearance in celebration of his sister Kim Kardashian’s 46th birthday.

Rob, 39, joined his mom, Kris Jenner, and sisters Kim, 46, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner at Baldi at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills on Wednesday, October 21, according to photos published by gossip site DeuxMoi.

Rob, sporting all black, smiled as he was pictured leaving the eatery with his famous siblings. The evening marked a rare public outing for the Arthur George sock designer, who has settled into a private life away from the cameras.

“Rob’s doing really well and is very healthy,” a source exclusively told Us in July. “[He is] in a great place. He’s closest with Khloé and spends a lot of time at her house with [his daughter] Dream. They joke they are one little family raising Dream together.”

Rob shares 9-year-old Dream with ex Blac Chyna. When he has custody of Dream, Rob often spends time with Khloé, 42, and her two children.

“Khloé keeps him in check and tries to get him to work out and stay on track with his health and well-being,” the insider added of the Good American designer. “He has a great mindset and has been focusing on improving himself these last few years. Rob has many business ventures that he’s working on or investing in, and is really trying to stay out of the spotlight.”

Part of his bid to keep a low-profile, Rob has often shied away from appearing on his family’s The Kardashians docuseries. He briefly made a cameo in the season 7 premiere, attending a family party with his sisters.

“I know everyone is hoping that Rob comes back to the show. Trust me, we are too,” Khloé said in a confessional for the October 2025 episode. “Rob is doing well. He is alive. … The conspiracies run wild, and one of them is that he lives with me and he’s in our shadows and we don’t want him around. He isn’t some miserable person that lives under a bridge. We are totally fine.”

After Khloé joked that viewers were “fangirling” over Rob’s reality TV return, he expressed hopes in appearing on the next batch of episodes.

“I would hope to be on season 8,” he said in the December 2025 season finale. “I definitely want to film on season 8.”

The Kardashians season 8 recently premiered on Hulu, though Rob has yet to make an onscreen cameo.
