Robert Saleh’s masterful 49ers work shows he’s worthy of head coaching second chance

PHILADELPHIA — Robert Saleh is two wins from the Super Bowl.

They are shouting Salehulah! in San Francisco.

The beloved 49ers defensive coordinator would not let Jalen Hurts into the end zone in the last minute, was instrumental in ripping the crown off the heads of the defending champion Eagles, and presented a compelling case why he deserves a second chance to be a head coach.

(If he doesn’t land one now, maybe Woody Johnson will be interested again in a year. Just sayin’.)
