There is no truth to the rumor that Mike Bloomgren grabbed the card, scribbled in the name of his heart’s desire, and demanded the card be submitted when the Giants were on the clock for the No. 10 pick in the draft.
None of that. But close.
“I can tell you, no one in the building could’ve been more excited than I was,” Bloomgren told The Post.
That is easy to believe.
