Savannah Chrisley and her husband, Jason Galanis, are sharing the wonderful news that they are expecting a baby boy.
“My sweet miracle boy… you are everything we prayed for and more,” Chrisley, 29, announced via her Instagram on Monday, October 2. “The most beautiful reminder that God’s plans are always greater than our own.”
The Chrisley Knows Best alum shared footage from a family party where her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, found out they have a grandson on the way. The clip — which was set to “Hey There Son” by Charles Wesley Godwin and Wyatt Flores — featured the expectant parents cutting into a cake, revealing it was filled with blue frosting to signify that they are having a son.
“My precious baby boy, your daddy and I will spend the rest of our lives protecting you, praying over you, and loving you beyond measure,” Savannah wrote. “We may not be able to shield you from every bit of darkness in this world, but we promise to raise you to be a LIGHT in it.”
She continued, “You are already our greatest blessing, our answered prayer, and the sweetest chapter of our lives. God knew exactly what He was doing when He gave us YOU.”
The “Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley” host stunned fans on Tuesday, October 27, by revealing that she was pregnant. While she initially kept her partner’s identity private, Us exclusively identified Galanis as the man Savannah routinely referred to as just “J” or “Jason” on her podcast.
There was also some confusion over Savannah and Galanis’ relationship status, as it was initially suspected that they were engaged. However, Savannah’s dad, Todd, 57, hinted on the “Dumb Blonde” podcast on Thursday, October 29, that his daughter was already married.
“You have all these comments saying, ‘She’s having a child out of wedlock.’ Is she? Is she having a child out of wedlock?” Todd teased. “At the end of the day, Savannah’s story is her story to tell. Do we know everything? Yes, we’re her parents.”
Marriage records obtained by People subsequently confirmed that Galanis, 56, and Savannah quietly tied the knot at the Cayman Islands Baptist Church in July after one year of dating.
“We ended up getting married in the Cayman Islands in July,” Savannah later reiterated on the “Golden Ticket” podcast on Sunday, November 1. “We did everything there, but we haven’t filed it here [in the U.S.] — or else then it would be public record.”
The newlyweds were planning to have a ceremony for family and friends in January 2027 but have now pushed it back due to Savannah’s pregnancy.
“Wedding is in May,” she clarified. “[The] wedding was supposed to be in January, and then I have a real life wedding crasher. So [that’s] the way that worked out.”
