Tennessee basketball down one spot in USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll

Tennessee (2-0) tipped off its 2025-26 men’s basketball regular season on Oct. 26. The Vols have recorded wins against Mercer and Northern Kentucky to open regular-season play.

Tennessee will play one game this week. The Vols will return to action Wednesday versus North Florida at Food City Center. Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. EST and the nonconference matchup can be watched on SEC Network+.

The latest USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll was released on Monday. Tennessee is ranked No. 18. The Vols were ranked No. 17 in the preseason.
