Mr. Trump goes to Washington — again.

President-elect Donald Trump arrived in Washington D.C. Saturday, marking the start of his busy inauguration weekend.

The Republican, along with his wife Melania and youngest son Barron, touched down at Dulles Airport before heading to Trump Sterling Golf Club in Lowes, Island Virginia.

There, Trump will host a reception for 500 guests including cabinet nominees such as Pete Hegseth, Kristi Noem, and Lee Zeldin.

Trump and the soon-to-be First Lady were seen hand-in-hand watching a massive fireworks show that went off for the crowd just before 10 p.m.

Before landing, Trump, Melania, and Barron waved to a crowd of supporters as he boarded a US military airplane in West Palm Beach, Fla. supplied by President Biden.

During the trip north, Eric Trump wrote on X that he had “renewed hope and spirit for [the] country.”Trump, 78,  ditched his navy and crimson “Trump Force One” for the specially configured Boeing 757-200, typically used by high-ranking officials and referred to as “Air Force Two” when carrying the vice president.

For the trip up to D.C., daughter Ivanka, 43, and her husband Jared Kushner, 44, were spotted boarding that aircraft Saturday afternoon. His middle son Eric, 41, and daughter-in-law Lara, 42, opted to jet set on his father’s private plane instead.

Trump’s arrival marks the start of a weekend of preparations for his Monday inauguration, which is set to take place in the Capitol Rotunda for the first time in 40 years due to extreme cold weather conditions.

On Sunday, he will lay a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery and then hold a “Make America Great Again Victory Rally” inside the Capital One Arena in downtown Washington.

He will then spend the night at Blair House — across from the Executive Mansion he’ll call home for the next four years — and take tea Monday morning with outgoing President Biden, 82, before heading to the Capitol.

He is set to be sworn in at noon local time before delivering his inaugural address.
