Every year, Donald Trump hosts a Super Bowl watch party at Trump International Golf Club near West Palm Beach, Florida.

But this time, the president will be at the Super Bowl in New Orleans as the Philadelphia Eagles take on the Kansas City Chiefs on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025.

Will he still host his annual watch party in Florida with first lady Melania Trump?

Here’s what we know.

Is Trump going to Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans with the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs?

It’ll be a busy Super Bowl weekend for Trump, who will spend his second weekend back at home here in Florida since becoming the 47th president of the United States before he makes an appearance at the Super Bowl in New Orleans on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025.

Trump is expected to fly into Florida on Friday, Feb. 7, sometime after 4:45 p.m. EST and depart on Sunday afternoon or evening sometime before 5:30 p.m., according to the Palm Beach Daily News and a temporary flight restriction from the FAA. On Friday, a select group of Senators and their spouses got a VIP invitation to dine with the commander in chief — at Mar-a-Lago, Trump’s private club that’s often referred to as the “Southern White House” because of the amount of time Trump spends here.

Is Trump’s Super Bowl Sunday party at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida?

No. Donald and Melania Trump host annual parties at his private club, Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Florida, such as their Halloween party and New Year’s Eve gala. But not the couple’s annual Super Bowl party. That’s always hosted at Trump International Golf Club near West Palm Beach, Florida.

Trump interview at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, with Fox News. When will it air?

Trump will be interviewed by Fox News’ Brett Baier at Mar-a-Lago. The prerecorded interview will be aired on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025, ahead of the game. The network hosting the Super Bowl traditionally airs an interview with the sitting president. Fox will air the Super Bowl Sunday game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles.

When is Trump’s Super Bowl 2025 party in Florida? Where will Trump host his Super Bowl 59 watch party?

According to the Palm Beach Post, Trump has hosted a watch party at his West Palm Beach golf course every year at Trump International Golf Club in unincorporated West Palm Beach. He’ll do the same on Super Bowl Sunday 2025 when the Kansas City Chiefs face the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.

In his first term, Trump returned to Palm Beach, Florida, each Super Bowl weekend where he attended his Super Bowl watch party at Trump International Golf Club, 3505 Summit Blvd., West Palm Beach. Call 561-682-0700 or visit trumpinternationalpalmbeaches.com.

A look back at Trump’s Super Bowl parties in Florida

Trump sure does love football, especially the Super Bowl. Like many Super Bowl parties, there are big screens galore for the big game, decorations for each team (for Super Bowl 2024, it was San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs), food, drinks and entertainment. Typically, there are musical performances from Florida Atlantic University, and Trump attends wearing a suit. Melania Trump, on the other hand, wears an ensemble of red, white and blue, based on previous coverage.

Occasionally, the extended Trump family − from Donald Trump Jr. and Ivanka Trump to Donald and Melania Trump’s sole child, Barron Trump − has attended the Trump Super Bowl watch party at Trump International Golf Club (see photo gallery in this story).

Here’s a look back at some of his Super Bowl parties over the years, during his first term as president of the U.S. and when he was not in office from 2021 to 2024, according to archive coverage from the Palm Beach Post and the Palm Beach Daily News, Trump’s hometown newspapers:

  • For Super Bowl LI, during Trump’s first term as president, the Palm Beach Central High School marching band performed at his Super Bowl watch party at Trump International Golf Club on Feb. 5, 2017. Donald and Melania Trump greeted the band as they entered the golf club resort.

  • For Super Bowl LII, Trump and Melania Trump applauded the Florida Atlantic University Pep Band on the lawn of Trump International Golf Club before attending the Super Bowl watch party on Feb. 2, 2018.

  • For Super Bowl LIII, the Florida Atlantic University cheerleaders and members of the FAU marching band performed outside Trump International Golf Club on Feb. 3, 2019.

  • For Super Bowl LIV (or Super Bowl 2020) Trump and first lady Melania Trump cheered for the Florida Atlantic University band at International Golf Club on Feb. 2, 2020.

  • For Super Bowl LVI (or Super Bowl 56), Urban Meyer attended Trump’s Super Bowl watch party at Trump International Golf Club on Feb. 13, 2022.

  • For Super Bowl LVIII (or Super Bowl 58 or Super Bowl 2024), Trump International Golf Club posted about Trump’s Super Bowl watch party on Instagram: “Yet another memorable Super Bowl Party at Trump International! Thank you to everyone who helped make it so special! #superbowl2024 #trumpwestpalmbeach #trumpgolf #palmbeach”
