President Trump has come out with an enigmatic Truth Social post this a.m. about the progress of negotiations aimed at halting fighting between Russia and Ukraine.
“Is it really possible that big progress is being made in Peace Talks between Russia and Ukraine???” the commander-in-chief wrote.
