Donald Trump scolded Kamala Harris for interrupting him in Tuesday’s presidential election — by using her own technique against her.
“I’m talking now, if you don’t mind,” Trump, 78, said mid-sentence as Harris, 59, spoke with a muted microphone.
“Please. Does that sound familiar?”
During a 2020 showdown against then-Vice President Mike Pence, Harris claimed she was being interrupted and said, “Mr. Vice President, I’m speaking.”
At the time supporters were quick to slap the relatable slogan onto merchandise and disseminate the phrase furiously online.
Last month, Harris again used the phrase to shut down hecklers during a campaign rally in Detroit.
The Democratic presidential nominee was speaking to supporters about the controversial Project 2025 conservative policy initiative when a group of anti-Israel spectators could be heard chanting, in part, “We won’t vote for genocide.”

Pausing briefly Harris questioned the group whether they’d prefer to vote for her opponent.
“You know what, if you want Donald Trump to win, then say that. Otherwise, I’m speaking,” she said in front of a sea of supporters who erupted into cheers.

Harris and Trump sparred during the start of the debate on a myriad of topics, including abortion and migration.
The vice president continually went after the former president on Project 2025, which Trump repeatedly denied having any connection to.
