UCF football has apparently decided the best way to fill up the Acrisure Bounce House is with an irresistible — or irresponsible, depending on who you ask — amount of beef.
The Knights announced a special “Hot Dog Pass” for Saturday’s Big 12 opener against TCU, allowing fans to eat unlimited hot dogs through halftime.
Yes, unlimited. Sort of.
The $64 ticket package includes a seat in Section 225 or 226 at Acrisure Bounce House and access to unlimited hot dogs during the first half of Saturday’s game.
Fans are limited to two hot dogs per trip.
This would indicate that anyone hoping to truly test the limits what is considered “unlimited” will need to repeatedly make their way back to the concession stand, show their ticket and grab two more.
And then do it again, and again, and again, it would seem.
That is, until halftime, of course.
The promotion comes as UCF prepares to open its Big 12 schedule against TCU on Saturday.
The Knights enter the matchup 2-1 during Scott Frost’s second season back in Orlando, opening the year with a 73-6 destruction of Bethune-Cookman before suffering a 12-7 loss at Pittsburgh.
UCF bounced back last week with a 44-30 victory over Georgia State.
TCU will also arrive in Orlando with a 2-1 record, having dropped their season opener to Bill Belichick and North Carolina before beating Grambling State, 63-7, the following week.
Last week, they handled overmatched Arkansas State, 31-7.
