Carlos Monarrez, Detroit Free Press: The Lions are overwhelming favorites, but this is not a gimme. The Bucs were one of the hottest teams coming into the playoffs and the Commanders rallied twice and knocked them off behind Daniels, a lock as offensive rookie of the year, and a steady defense that held the Bucs to 284 yards.
Washington has had a flare for winning games late and it’s not a great sign that two of the first three NFC playoff games have been upsets by Vegas standards. Still, the Lions are the Lions. They’re rested and at home. That alone will make the difference. The pick: Lions 31, Commanders 24.
