The 2025 North Carolina Azalea Festival Street Fair will be held April 4-6 in downtown Wilmington.

Here’s what to know about the street fair.

What’s happening

The free family-friendly street fair hours of operation will be Friday, April 4 from 6-10 p.m., Saturday, April 5 from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. and Sunday, April 6 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. There will be entertainment, live music, food, vendors and more.

Events

Azalea Alley

  • The Azalea Alley Beer Garden at Front and Walnut streets will be open on Friday beginning at 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m.
  • Silent Disco Friday, 8-10 p.m.
  • Canines for Service, Saturday noon-2 p.m.
  • Fast As You (band performance) Saturday 2-4:30 p.m.
  • School of Rock (band performances) Saturday, 5-7 p.m.
  • Cody Bishoff and Kaleb Hill (DJ/Drum performance) Saturday 7:30-10 p.m.
  • Loud Music Company Students (band performances) Sunday 2-4 p.m.

Performing Art Stage

The Performing Art Stage is located at the corner of Market and Second streets. Events will be held Saturday and Sunday from 12:15-5 p.m.

  • Live performances from local dance and theater groups.
  • Live performance by multicultural organizations.
  • The Azalea Queen’s Court, the Azalea Festival Princess and reigning Miss North Carolina Carrie Everett.

Street Fair Children’s Area

The Children’s Area will be located at the Second Street parking lot. Hours 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

  • Bounce House Wilmington
  • Aurora Fossil Museum
  • Fire Safety and Touch-A-Truck with the Wilmington Fire Department
  • Arts and crafts tent
  • Bikers Against Child Abuse
  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) with Isaac Bear Early College
  • DREAMS of Wilmington
  • 501st Legion – Star Wars Characters
  • Mini Golf
  • America 250

Pop-Up In Children’s area:

  • Brooklyn Arts Music Academy, Saturday noon-2 p.m.
  • Kind Behavioral Health Sensory Friendly Pop-Up, Saturday 2:30-4:30 p.m. and Sunday, 12:30-2 p.m.
  • paws4people, Sunday 2:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Young Scientist Academy, Sunday 10 a.m.-noon

Parking

Street parking will be free all weekend. Additional parking are available in the paid city decks.
