Below Deck Mediterranean ended with a twist when Kizzi Kitchener and Joe Bradley kissed again — only for her to change her mind about getting back together with her ex-boyfriend.

During the Monday, January 26, episode of the hit Bravo series, Kizzi and Joe prepared for their final crew night out. They were flirting all night and kissed in the car on the way back to Bravado.

Joe thought the kiss would lead to more but Kizzi had other ideas. She ultimately was fast asleep by the time Joe stopped by her cabin expecting to sleep together before they left the boat for good.

“I did kiss Joe in the car,” Kizzi told Josh Bingham earlier in the night. “Now that I’ve done it, I’m like, ‘Don’t need to do it again.’ Now I can go home and get married and never think, ‘What if?’”

Kizzi told the cameras that she now wanted to reconcile with pro rugby player Tom Whiteley.

“I can’t complain. I did do everything I said I wanted to do. But I think I might be having a bit of an epiphany right now and you might think I am crazy,” she said. “But I think I’m actually in love with Tom, who is the ex-boyfriend I broke up with to kiss everyone on the boat.”

Kizzi continued: “Do you think he will still take me back? Like do you think he will still want me? How would I have known that if I didn’t break up with and kiss everyone on the boat?”

A compilation from the season showed Kizzi locking lips with Victoria SanJuan, Aesha Scott, Cathy Skinner, Nathan Gallagher, Max Salvador and Joe. It was Kizzi’s kiss with Joe that created the most issues after he made a move while still dating Victoria.

Kizzi spoke to Us Weekly about whether she had any regrets since filming season 10, sharing in October 2025, “In the moment, you literally forget there’s a camera crew, especially when you’ve had a drink and these people are your friends. If there weren’t cameras, I can’t even imagine what other people say.”

The stew stood by her onscreen actions.

“I definitely could tone it down in places but I also want to be myself and be real. These things do happen in real life and it doesn’t make you a bad person,” she added. “Watching it back, I regret sharing so much with people that aren’t thinking about the context.”

After calling it quits with Tom on the show, Kizzi announced their engagement, writing via Instagram in November 2025, “Literally straight after the season I went to see him [and] we spoke about everrryyyyything. 1 year later & we’re engaged.”
