Nara Smith got candid about her pregnancy journey 10 months after welcoming baby No. 4.
“You just went through the most life-altering experience that you will ever go through,” Nara, 24, who shares four children with husband Lucky Smith, said during a Wednesday, July 29, episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “Give yourself grace and also recognize that you’ve grown a human being. You’ve given birth to this human being and then what? You’re supposed to resume business as usual? Nope, that’s physically not how it works.”
She continued, “Bodies are so different for everybody. Some people bounce back really quick, some people don’t. Some people get stretch marks, some people don’t. We as women should uplift every single woman postpartum.”
Nara, who shared a photo of herself soon after the arrival of her fourth baby, Fawnie, said, “What people don’t realize is that to me that picture wasn’t me at my best and my normal. I was crying that same morning, I was wearing a diaper in that picture, I was wearing linen pants because I didn’t fit [in] a single one of my denim pants that I had, I was way above my usual weight.”
She clarified that her social media post was an effort to relate to other mothers who didn’t feel like themselves, and not merely an attempt to show off what she looked like postpartum. “My body is magical because look what it just did and I’m really proud of that,” she explained. “That was my postpartum experience and I think in general we should celebrate everyone for where they’re at postpartum.”
In October 2025, Nara took to Instagram to share a photo of herself cradling her newborn. She wore low-rise white linen pants and an ivory sweater, which she unbuttoned from under her bust.
“Women’s bodies are pure magic- divinely designed to create, grow and nurture life,” she captioned the post. “With that, our bodies transform and stretch. I used to feel the need to bend and force it back into how it used to look only to realize that it has been home to four other bodies. This final stage is filled with grace and slowing down🤍.”
Her followers were quick to share their reactions in the comments section. “You look gorgeous but it’s hard not to see a post like this as a humble brag,” one wrote, while another added, “Nara your body is goals and you should be proud to show it.” A third commented, “So incredible. I hope no mama sees this and compares their body to hers. Everyone woman is beautifully different!”
Nara and Lucky, 28, are also the parents of Rumble, 5, Slim, 4, and Whimsy, 2, who was diagnosed with cancer. The influencer has since shared that Whimsy is in remission after undergoing treatment.
“Right after her birthday, she was in remission,” she shared on the podcast. “We finished her last treatment, we rang the bell, it was very emotional and I just realized, ‘Well, maybe if I use my platform to make even just one person feel less alone, I can do that.’ And that’s kind of why we shared it.”
