A man accused of using a forged signature of Chief Justice John Roberts on a bogus Supreme Court order in an alleged attempt to get his own Indiana criminal case dismissed has been arrested on federal charges, according to court documents. Joshua M. Culver, who authorities say also used the alias “Maverick A. Young,” was arrested last Friday in Colorado after a federal grand jury in Indiana indicted him on four counts of falsely impersonating a US officer or employee and one count involving the use of a forged federal judge’s signature and court seal.
