President Trump said Ultimate Fighting Championship CEO Dana White has been “offered” the job of White House press secretary.

“I am pleased to announce that the Great Dana White, a violent Fighter and Warrior, has been offered the job of Press Secretary of the United States,” Trump posted on Truth Social Saturday afternoon.

“I have requested that he bring with him assistants, even though some are not from our Country, of Islam Makhachev, Khabib Nurmagomedov, Justin Gaethje, Daniel Cormier, Amanda Nunes, and Kayla Harris,” the president wrote.

In a sign the offer might have been tongue-in-cheek, Trump posted images of growling UFC fighters – along with one of White wearing a suit behind a podium.

“We need these people to defend us against the Lunatic Left. Dana will be a Press Secretary like none other. Dana, please take the job!” Trump concluded.

White seemingly responded to the offer on his Instagram Stories, sharing an image of him in the press briefing room with the caption, “On to the next chapter.”

The Post has reached out to the White House and UFC for confirmation that the offer had been extended and for any updates on the still vacant position.

It comes hours after Trump nominated political pugilist Stephen Miller to be his new White House chief of staff.
