Billionaires’ Row tower signs new tenant

Anchorage Capital Advisors is the latest tenant to sign on at 125 W. 57th St., the 265,000 square-foot boutique office tower on Billionaires’ Row developed by global investment management firm Cain and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners. The deal for two full floors brings the project to nearly 75% leased less than three years since construction began. Other office tenants include Eldridge Industries, Jadian Capital, Kingdon Capital Management and AdalptHealth. Also, Ten Five Hospitality signed a lease for a ground-floor restaurant.
